Modding Weapons
Just a quick question regarding this...
What is it that makes a weapon, say, Gold? Does it have to have so many perfect mods on it? If so, can I buy a collectors staff, add a perfect hale head and a perfect staff wrapping of fortitude and it will turn gold? I was just wondering...our of curiosity if you can make a gold item, or if weapons only drop gold... thanks... |

I was wondering the samething I had a Gold Morningstar Axe drop from a chest and it has no mods at all on it ?

Only dropped items can be gold, so perfectly modded collectors items will always be blue.
I think the criteria for a rare item is a greater liklihood of having more and better mods (inherent, prefix and suffix). |
